1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Statusly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Statusly is operated by Sheik Mohamed.
2. Description of service
Statusly is an AI-powered team update collection and management brief tool. It allows managers to collect regular updates from their team members and receive AI-generated management briefs via email.
3. Account registration
To use Statusly, you must: • Sign in with a valid Google account • Provide accurate information when setting up your team • Be at least 18 years old • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Statusly to: • Harass, threaten, or harm team members • Collect data from team members without their knowledge • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Team member consent
By adding team members to Statusly, you confirm that you have the right to collect their work updates as part of your role as their manager, and that this use is consistent with your organisation's policies. Team members' responses are used solely to generate management briefs for you.
6. Subscription and payments
Statusly offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. • You may cancel your subscription at any time • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • We do not offer refunds for partial months • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
7. AI-generated content
Statusly uses AI to generate management briefs based on your team's responses. These briefs are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated briefs.
8. Data and privacy
Your use of Statusly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at statusly.site/privacy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Statusly platform, including its code, design, and branding, is the proprietary property of Sheik Mohamed. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep Statusly available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statusly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Statusly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing law
