Statusly ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered team update and management brief tool operated by Sheik Mohamed. Our service is available at statusly.site.

When you sign in with Google, we collect: • Your name and email address (provided by Google) • Your profile picture (optional, provided by Google) When you use Statusly, we also collect: • Team names and member email addresses you add • Team update responses submitted by your team members • Usage data such as when reports are generated
3. How we use your information
We use your information to: • Create and manage your Statusly account • Send weekly or daily update request emails to your team members • Generate AI-powered management briefs from your team's responses • Deliver reports to you by email • Improve our service
4. Who we share your information with
We use the following third-party services to operate Statusly: • Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com) • Anthropic — AI brief generation (anthropic.com) • Resend — email delivery (resend.com) • Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com) • Vercel — hosting (vercel.com) We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising.
5. Team member data
When you add team members to Statusly, their email addresses are used only to send update request emails. Their responses are only visible to you as the team manager. Team members do not need to create an account.
6. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Each team's data is isolated and inaccessible to other teams. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
7. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or team, your data is permanently removed from our systems. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
8. Your rights

9. Cookies
Statusly uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
